After a morning of watching stories about the economy and China's economy turning south I decided to revive my bankruptcy contacts and restored this blog that I forgot that I had had. And so this is the first post of 2022. The first post since 2010!
But I'm in the middle of reviving my bankruptcy contact I have updated it means tax calculator so I figured it was time to update this blog also. I will occasionally drop in here and talk about caselaw and other things that relate to the means test. For now I'll just post a link to the means test which was last updated and May 15 of 2021. (The feds decided to forgo any changes in November like they typically do this year.)
